Amazing location of the hotel close to the city center. Also - right by the town square where there is a lot of shops, the city centre and both the bus station and the town centre.

Very unfriendly staff!

Greatly enjoyed the location close to the centre. We had the double room which was big size and new-fashioned. Staff was super affable.

fairly clean place accompanied by exceptionally nice and fairly friendly staff. particularly good and unbeatable location when travelling to valladolid. and just 5 min walking to city centre. spotless new-fashioned rooms with comfy beds as well as towels provided.

The double room I got was complete with comfy bed, neutral decoration plus walk in shower. The cost was gbp 504. Had particularly good and perfect location close to ADO busstation, close to Kuxtal Mexico.

Everything was simply brand-new. The hotel was ideal and fairly clean with excellent staff members. The location was marvellous there, close to the centre. And we were really close to the city center and ADO station.

All members of the staff was really friendly and amicable. Loved to spend 2 days in our modern a double room with best condition, towels provided plus comfy beds. The location was favourable in a very nice area, just off ADO bus station and the town square where there is a lot of shops and the main attractions.

The common kitchen area was great for preparing meals, and the pool and outdoor area were gorgeous and relaxing. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The hotel is located a bit further from the main streets, which made it less convenient for exploring the city. the staff at the front desk seemed disengaged and not very attentive.

Great location really close to bus station and town centre, main square and the center of Valladolid in a beautiful area. 15 minutes walk to Cathedral of San Gervasio

Unattentive staff!

The hotel offers free bicycles for guests, perfect for exploring the nearby attractions such as cenotes and Chichen-Itza. The spacious room and large bathroom with a walk-in shower provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. The colorful tiles on the floor added a nice touch to the room's appearance. The location of the hotel, just a short distance from the ADO bus station and the town center, made it convenient for business travelers like myself. Good restaurants can be found nearby as well.

This place is convenient, clean, and comfortable. The location is great, close to the ADO bus station and center of town. The rooms are spacious and well-designed with traditional tiles. The shared kitchen is well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is incredible value for what you get.
